My 2006 Walker MDDGHS with a 20 HP Kubota diesel overheats after 1 hour of heavy use. Coolant level is full electric cooling fans are working and screens/radiator not clogged. anyone got an idea?

If the thermostat is opening good and the radiator isn't partially plugged and the fan and water pump is all working proper I would suspect head gaskets.

if it is head gasket the coolant level would not be full run it without thermostat in and see if it over heats.

Thanks for the suggestions. I found a temp sensor on the radiator that turns the fan on a higher speed @ 205 degrees, it was unplugged(duh). Thanks
