I´m a new member here in this forum (glad to find) and my area in the future here will be the John-Deere-Section.
But I will shortly introduce myself too under the thread "new members" =>
My name is Hans (typical german prename, similar to John), 62 years old, retired, not a professional mechanic (but my whole life working with and repairing machines and cars). Around my small old cottage in the fields beside Cologne/Germany I have 1500 sqm to keep clean and healthy. Actual I use a old and rumbling yardman, but I bought a few weeks ago 2 John Deere (160/185 from the mid 80th). They need some work, but till season 2018 one will be like new.
Hope to find here some help in questions, but a forum is for me not a one-way-street ... who sucks, has to give back a friendly thanks and should share what he knows or has. A simply rule for a forum, but often ignored.
And please be patient with my english, nobody is perfect.
