I was stoked to buy this grasshopper when I found it on ebay. I have heard a lot of great things about them so I thought it was time to give it a try. Well it turns out this one is either tired or way out of whack. Im hoping some one can shed some light on a couple things. First being it backfires or after fires out the exhaust when i shut it off. I can get it not too by letting it idle for a min or two when parking. Id rather not do that though as time adds up. Second is I have had to mow everything twice! This really cost time, it seems to leave a strip in the middle. I have done the obvious and sharpened the brand new blades more then once now. I thought maybe i didn't align them right so i played around with that too. If anyone can help me with these issues i would be very grateful.
