My first tractor JD D170. When I turn left on even a small incline the chute side cuts deeper in the grass. Can this be fixed by readjusting the wheels on the deck or is this another adjustment.

tire pressure is fine, blades are level as well as the deck.

Well it my come down to the tires you have on your mower. I mowed up to a 6 ply sidewall to stop this on my mower.

If you have a front right deck wheel you can adjust it lower.
They are designed to stop the deck scalping on uneven grass.
The important thing is the wheel must not touch the ground when mowing strait
