new engine that was in storage

I have come across an unused leaf blower (robin ex27)engine that has been in storage for years but never ran and never had fluid in it. I believe it should be as good as new as long as it was stored properly and has no rust. Not sure how to comfirm there was no fluids in it other than sight and smell. Any suggestions?

If this has a oil fill plug on the side, remove the plug and look for oil would answer my question but if u want to get fancy, https://www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGID-...Fixed-Waterproof-Camera-Cable-40043/203258908

Using this looking in the cylinder will also tell u if it ran with carbon deposits.
