Hi new to this forum. I have a craftsman LT 4000 Mo # 917.255450. Kohler CV-14s. 42" deck. My neighbor gave me this tractor at the end of last mowing season. It has been nothing but a pain in my behind. He also informed me he got it for free. I should have told him to scrap it then but I wanted a tractor. My current problem is the brake locks up. I can not find a good pic of the assembly to make sure all the parts are there and how they go together. Also a good pic of the inside of the fly wheel would be nice. This is not the first Kohler I have heard of that the alternator magnets have come off of the inside. Any and all info on this beast would be great.
