How do I get it to turn better? Please be specific, It turn better one way and not the other and it doen not do a 'zero-turn' any more. lol. And it slides a lot, could this all be becuase it needs new tires?

Could be several things...
What model so you have??? could be as simple as a loose drive belt... or a bad pump/motor...
Could be the control levers need adjusting.
As to the tires... How many years/Hours are on the tires... ? What air pressure are you running?

tires make all the difference on ZT's... does it go straight with both bars all the way forward? If not maybe you have a issue other than tires... although if the rear tire pressures are diff(meaning the overall tire diameter will be different) it will not go straight.
