Hello jd 14 sb community. Im ne here and just bought another 14 sb and im having some tranny problems u guys might be able to help me with. Ive installed new belt and removed a & cleaned racheting gears but, the pulley spins and want engage tranny, little spring good on clutch and has the upgraded handle & cable. I havealso tried adjusting clutch cable with no avail and it will pull for about 5 ft and stop and want reengage. I sure would be appreciated for any input or slutions and also by the way mower runs great and only gave $25 for it tks!:confused2:
I've used mine steadily for years, with not much more than oil changes for maintenance.:biggrin:
