Good afternoon guys, new to the thread. My Honda HRX217 was surging so I cleaned the carburetor. This fixed the problem and the mower is running great. Unfortunately however, I had extra parts at the end of the reinstallation…classic.

Does anyone know what this goes to? Seems like a spacer of sorts.

it is a strengthening bush that goes over the mounting bolt / stud and inside the hole in the plastic air filter base
It is needed so take the air filter cover off and you will there is one on one side and it is missing on the other

Big 10-4. Thank you, I’ll try it out tomorrow!
