Hey all

I recently bought an m54 tank with 700 hours on it. I have noticed when I push on the left turn handle the mower will shake...especially when going up hills when there is stress on that wheel...any thoughts?

If you just bought it used, I'd start out small, and change the hydro fluid on both sides, and the filter. Then fill it back up with some quality stuff, jack up the rear end, run the handles forward and back to expel any air trapped in the system/bleed it so to speak.
See if that eliminates the wheel shake.
Do it after you have have mowed, like a regular engine oil change, might just be such old fluid it's got water, contaminates, whatever in it, and it will drain out. My .02c anyway.

I actually found that it was leaking fluid on that side pretty bad and the reservoir was really low. I jacked it up and found the leak coming from one of the hose fittings going into the wheel motor. Tightened it up and it stopped leaking, going to change out the fluid and filter like you suggested and I'll let you know how it turns out.
