Hi, I'm new to the forum and to riding lawn mowers. I have a LX 176 and the PTO that is having "issues". For awhile it worked fine, but if you left the mower running and disengaged it, then tried to reengage, it would not work. Let it sit, and then it would work fine. Now, when it starts, the PTO engages for about a minute, then stops. Motor continues to run, but no PTO. Replaced the battery (was really old) and made no difference. Been surfing the internet and it sounds like the switch (?). I didn't find much information, so not sure. Any help/tips/references would be appreciated. I did use the search here first, so if there is info, apologies for missing it.
