my kohler 13hp won,t start(manual) after sitting for a couple of months, I have to spray carb' cleaner in intake to get it started. once it starts, it'll crank everytime after that, what is causing problem?
Either the choke is not closing off fully or the idle circuit is blocked so you need to remove the carb and clean it properly also check the choke is closing off fully.
If the throttle cable slips a bit under the clip the choke won't work properly.
