I working on a Kawasaki FX691V engine that has a strange issue.

The engine runs fine but won't shut off. I checked the ignition and it's fine.

I have ground to both coils with the ignition in the off position. I ran a dedicated ground to the ignition coils just to double check and even that didn't kill the engine. What are the odds that both coils are faulty??? Any ideas?

The engine on an Exmark zero turn mower.

Thanks for any help!

Rotate the fuel shut off for now.

Recheck and tighten all your wires & switches.
