Engine IS1500 kawi 19hp engine issue

How is it going folks?

New member here, well, long time lurker 1st time poster.

I have an IS1500 44" 19hp Kawi with 196hrs home use only.

I am having an issue I am rather confused about. Quite sometime ago the mower would not start off its key switch. I had to turn the key to the on position and jump it ala screw driver across the sylinoid. I'm guessing that the issue is the momentary portion of the switch itself? I've kept up with the mower myself and its in really good condition, kept under a cover at all times when not used.

Where would suggest I purchase the switch from? I would like to
get a switch with a proper key and not one of these one kind cranks all.

I also need a new seat, the foam from my seat delaminated from
the plastic shell. Who sells those at a reasonable price?

Lastly, if I were to sell the mower what would you suggest I could
ask? I know its only worth what someone is willing to pay. But honestly
I do not have to sell it, I'm just unable to cut my yard now due to a
back accident. I've had someone do it for the last 2 years, so the mower just sits.
