I've used those tires on my Hustler for about 4 years with no problems. The only issue was that the hub on the wheel was about !/4" too wide to fit into the fork. I ground a little off the hub and it slipped in easily. They do ride harder than the air filled tires but that was made up or by not having to mess with low tires or changing tires.
