I have an Husqvarna ts354xd. When traveling in reverse and then the reverse pedal is released, the front will basically jump off the ground. Almost as if the brake is slammed on. Any help?

How fast are you traveling in reverse? full speed?

The only thing that changes with speed is how high it comes off of the ground. A family member has the same tractor and it does not do it at any speed. I had the transaxle replaced a few years ago, I was wondering if it hadn't been purged be the problem. I can't really tell you when I started to notice this problem. Thanks for your response.

Sounds like the drive belt is the wrong size, worn or the tensioner is not releasing properly. Looks like the belt should be 90” X .05”. When was it last changed?

I think you are right. I did change a broken drive belt in the spring. I assumed that it was the right size, "my bad". I will have to check it out buy starting there. Thanks everyone for your comments!
