I have posted an issue (cutting at height of 6 inches) and have received several responses. I would like to reply to them, but cannot. I don't know whether it is the system or my computer, but something will not let me reply. Any advice?

If you have your pop up blocker on you can have problems. If you use IE or what every they are calling it today you can have problems.
