Honda Select Drive Speed Adjust Dial

Honda owners
Just purchased a Honda HRX217VKA mower from Home Depot. Ive noticed that Select Drive speed adjustment dial moves slightly and does not hold the desired speed.
Has anyone else encountered the same issue?
