timing is fixed elecrtonically and can not be changed.
Govenor is not working properly and is not opening the throttle far enough when the engine starts to slow down.

I TEND 2 AGREE WITH U THAT THE THROTTLE IS NOT OPENING FAR ENOUGH ,,,, BUT WHEN I OPEN THE THROTTLE MANUALLY WITH MY HAND IT DOSEN;T RESPOND WELL ENOUGH I AM LOOKING TO OPENING THE MAIN CARB JET .005 THE TIMING MODULE CAN BE MOVED BY SIMPLE MOUNTING CHANGE
