On a Honda GVC 190 w/auto choke, that starts on a half pull, surges/hunts for 15 seconds then runs mint. Runs and starts perfectly when warm but upon cool down, it's the same thing over & over always about 15 seconds. Am I correct in guessing that this is probably more of a choke issue than a carb/fuel issue.
