Hello, first post new member. New push mower model HRS2165PKA, ran fine a couple times and now can't pull cord. Holding bar up still no go.also had kick back

Starter could be jammed up, or something wrapped around the blade/crankshaft, failed internal engine parts, etc. A whole laundry list of what might cause "can't pull cord." Since this is a new Honda, the problems might be covered under warranty, so I'd first let a servicing Honda dealer in your area take a look; use this link and type in your ZIP code and pick LAWN MOWERS and then SERVICE to find a dealer close to you:
