Troybilt with Honda TB 130 engine. The auto choke seems to be sticking and won't all butterfly to fully close. Help ?!?

Honda Engines issued a Service Bulletin addressing some sticking/faulty autochokes on some Honda GCV160 engines back in January.
Is your Honda engine a horizontal or vertical shaft? Can you get me the serial number off the side of the engine block? It is in the form of "GXXXX-1234567"
Engines still under warranty within the range of affected serial numbers are generally repaired at no charge. So, get me that serial number and I can check it for you.
