Hello forum I am new member; I live in Louisville Ky. I have come across a 3813 Honda lawn tractor with the grass catcher. I have been told that is starts and runs fine but it dies when the mowerdeck is engaged. What could be the problem?? He wants $200 for it is it worth the money??

Those hondas are excellent mowers. Have you tested it, is trans good, engine good. Sounds like it just has a small electrical problem, if thats it, then yeah it is worth it. Maybe safety switch for seat or something like that. You can ohm the clutch and see if it is good, if so then you may want to seek other options.
