First post: I have a small hole in my frame, or whatever the base of the mower is called that the engine sits on. I guess a rock made its way through. Any suggestions on the best way to repair? I figure duct tape might provide a temporary solution, but looking for something more permanent. Thanks.
If it is not near one of the engine mounting holes it can be repaired by cutting and forming a piece of sheet metal, then pop riveting it in place over the hole. Use steel pop rivets.
