Hi. I am going to be rebuilding a carb for a friends go cart, and in looking at the car it has a strange piece of metal on the intake side of the carb. Is this a restrictor plate of some kind? Looking at the diagrams, it does not look like the carb had this originally. It is a Model 130292-1916-01.. Thanks, Rob

its a swirl plate. standard on some carbs.
