Help! Can't Identify Rubber Part that came out of Bronco Riding Mower

Does anybody know what this part is called? what section of the riding mower it belongs in? It came from Bronco Riding mower. My dad forgot where he took this part from and we can't find it on any diagram or anything similar to it. Its rubber and weighs under 1lb.

Thank you!

I don't know what it is, or where it came from, BUT it resembles a tail-pipe "hanger" strap I installed on my wife's van last year, ( 2000 Ford Windstar) one hole slides over a hooked end bracket on the frame and the other hole slides slides over a hooked bracket on the tailpipe, sort of like a "shock-absorber-type cushion, I'm thinking IF... it came off your mower, it MIGHT be used somewhere on the cutting deck or a grass-collector ... :confused2:..:confused2:

It does look like a hanger of some sort. Or part of a latch?

Yup...
I recognized it from a '95 Crown Vic system. I knew I had seen it before,
I just could not remember where from until you mentioned tail pipe hanger.
I also had a similar part on a '74 Fiat Spider.

I have my doubts as to it belonging to a mower.

I see it OK on my puter, I have no trouble posting (99&44/100%) of the time, I know it's somthing on the forum that changes it to non-viewable because other folks here have complained about it also.
another try .........
