It's great to find these forums, I'm sure I will be visiting and browsing a lot. I bought a new scag cheetah 61inch at the end of last year to mow approx 4 acres. I went with the cheetah because it had a suspension platform and I have a bad back. After mowing for about 2 hours my back was finished. I tried adding a suspension seat to the suspension platform but that only helped a little. Anyway I sold it with 10 hrs on it for $1465.00 less than I paid for it. I then bought the ferris is3100z last week and I think it's going to work great. I've only mowed with it for about an hour but the ride is so much softer. I will say I think the scag is built better than the ferris but no comparison in comfort. Thanks
