I have a Gt3200 2006 with 49 actual hours on it, it has a 291 60" deck and it keeps throwing the deck belt off, the belt seems to be ok and all the spindles and pulleys seem fine and the belt tensioner pivots as it should, any ideas

First we assume the belt is correct and in good shape:

If it throws it off while mowing, then something is wrong mechanically, like a bearing bad or a bent spindle of pulley misalignment.

If it throws it off when you disengage the blades, then check for one of the belt "keepers" on the tension-idler pulleys to be broken or missing.

Been doing research on this and found out CC are great for throwing belts. From what I found there is a fix. You have to install a second tension spring. Can't find out where or how.
Can you tell me where I can download a owners mamual for a CC Z Force 48 'cut with a 22 Kaw .engin.? Found one close to it but I have a stering wheel.
