GT 262PTO problem

Engine runs fine. I pull the PTO switch and nothing happens. I'd check the switch, but I can't figure out how to get it out. Is there a trick to this? Also, if the switch isn't the problem, is the clutch itself hard to replace? Any help would be appreciated.

Just for **** and gigs, find your break switch and see if its stuck in, should be under the the right side near the pedal somewhere I believe
