Is this a joke? Your title says GAS TANK REMOVAL. You then ask how to adjust the cable to get the choke to work. I’ve been working on engines for 50+ years, but you have got me totally stumped. I don’t understand you thread. Maybe it would help me if you told me a few things like, brand name of your unit, model number of your unit, brand name of the engine, model and serial numbers of the engine. It would also help if we knew if it was a mower, chipper, tractor, RTV, UTV, shredder/vac, outboard, dirt bike, or child’s toy. We are not standing next you with a drink in one hand and a snow cone in the other. If you can’t paint us a better picture of what you have, we can’t help you!!!???
