where is the fuse located on the craftsman lt1500 located

Sears normally has the fuse in the neighborhood of the starter solenoid. Depending on who made the mower, may be close to the battery. Most likely clipped to the sheet metal someplace

Old thread but I just picked up one of these. On my LT1500 it is in the battery compartment. Remove the battery and there is a 20 amp car style fuse.
