Fuel line push mower

My primer bulb on my troy built push mower isnt getting any gas. Possibly its the fuel line thats cracked but my question is would gas leak out of it if that's the issue or could the crack be so small only air can get through?

Error click anyway Absolutely yes gas will leak out if line is cracked, very dangerous. Write down model & serial numbers & locate your manual & read up on primer bulb. For safety remove spark plug wire & check fuel filter for replacement & for an obstruction in fuel line.
