I have a Kawasaki FH661v Due to the motor pulsating I replaced both coils, both plugs, the fuel pump, and the carburetor (all came in a kit) the engine runs much better but the carburetor needs some finer adjustment.
Any advice as to how to know what and how much to adjust. I've tried the two adjustment screws on top without much success. These two adjustment screws came without caps, is it necessary to cap once set?

I would of drained and flushed out the fuel tank prior to installing all those untested parts. Every part you listed needs testing. Blow the fuel tank out with compressed air and SAFETY GLASSES.

Was this an OEM carb or E-pray slash Scamazon?

Nope.

If the screws are not making any difference then the carb is defective or has a passage or two clogged up or not drilled out when made.
