Ferris IS 1000 Front suspension only Wont Start

Here a clicking sound, bought and charged new battery just hear click when I turn the key, fuses seem ok. What would you check next? Thanks Dugansz

Check ground connection-connections to starter also. Pull starter off and bench test. Be sure you can turn engine over by hand. gregjo1948
