My seat mount broke and when I took the seat off I yanked the safety interlocking circuit wires off. When I put it back on my mower will stare but when I engage my mower the engine dies. its a 2009 la 105
I hate when my mower stares at me...like it knows something I don't and it thinks I'm an idiot.
But seriously, sounds like either you didn't fix the wiring properly or the switch is out of adjustment. Your mower thinks their's nobody in the seat and that you've fallen off, so it shuts down.
