See page 20 regarding fuel grade & Echo 2-cycle oil.
I watched a youtube video about common problems:
I did not pull the carburetor. I merely pulled the fuel filter from the tank with a coat hanger bent into a hook, and took the filter apart and blew the filter out with carb cleaner.
It now runs perfectly.
HOWEVER, if someone could link the best place to buy a replacement fuel filter, I would greatly appreciate it.
Also, for reference from the manual:

We live in a rural part of our county. And gasoline is expensive, so I bought this which appears to have the same fuel filter as the oem which I just removed and cleaned from my blower:

Do not get rid of OEM carburetor unless last result and cannot get it to run (in the future). Use carburetor spray, and air compressor on fuel filter, reinstall, will be fine. I do it all the time.

That is a standard Walbro felt filter
They come in 3 sizes & yours looks to be the medium
Never ever use carb cleaner on one as it dissolves the glue that holds the felt together
Also ones they get wet with water no fuel will flow through them .
