I don't think there is a certain day for all brands/dealers. It probably depends on either what the manufacturer determines, or a specific sale a dealer is having.

My guess would be that winter discounts ending would be determined by the stock that anyone given dealer has on hand. There's always a chance to find a last years model mower throughout the new year.
