I have a Dixion 3014ZTR with a briggs and Stratton model:287707 type:1273-E1 code:970804zd what happens was the magnets on the fly wheel came apart. Got a price from briggs for one but they said I gotta change the crank shaft. Is there any other options out there. Thanks in advance

If they are not smashed up you just glue them back on.
They usually take the stator with them.
However it is possible that the crank got bent but I have never seen it happen.

Go to You tube and search for Taryl Fixes all the search that for Kohler flywheel repair.
Process is the same no matter which brand mower you have.
More important is why did the magnets come loose in the first place.
Only seen it happen a few times,
