My yard perimeter has an electric fence that I keep sprayed bare with round up. To keep grass from growing under fence, I cut the first 3 passes blowing discharge in then change directions and discharge out. Mower tends to bog down on third pass going back over clippings... . Am I correct in thinking that blowing the clippings away from fence will help keep as much grass from growing underneath?

Grass clippings piled up will kill anything under it. It creates lots of heat and no sun lite. A few of my customers that pay for just a mow but no weed eating, get the grass blown against the fence so no weed eating is nessary.
