Include the model number from the tag under the seat and the make & model number of the engine.

Try checking your drive belt first. With clutch/brake released belt should be tight against engine pulley and transmission pulley. Then lock clutch/brake and check tension pulleys. They may have locked bearings. or missing altogather. Could be just a stick or something lodged under deck.
