It looks like one of the two plastic hinges pins on my D110 has broken. JD wants in access of $400 to replace the entire hood. The hood still works, opens and closes, it just has one plastic hinge broken. I'm curious if anyone has figured out a way to replace the plastic hinge pins with something more substantial?
