The. Tractor has been sitting for 5 years outside. Just got the tires replaced and motor running will not engage to move throttle control lever not working. What is it supposed to do that it is not? Is there a schematic I could look at to see the attachment or something? FREEWHEEL NOT FLYWHEEL on the title can't edit it.

You can blow up the parts diagrams then print them out page by page.
Some one might know which mower this is so there might be more information available from the makers.

I have the manual can't tell where the bypass lever or freewheel lever attaches or what it pushes from the diagram. Hopefully the whole thing will not need to come apart to fix.
