I bought a used craftsman 12hp 38" lawn tractor. Second time I used it I lost the gears. The brake rod somehow pulled out of the lever and lost the spring. I would like to know the length of the spring. Any ideas? The part # is 106888x. And/or 110422x. It would take a while to get in and I need the grass cut so I thought I could go to lowe's and find one the same length or cut to size.
