The clutch stop fell off my Pro Turn 260 and looking at it I don't see whether the bolts anchor up into the engine base or where? The engine seems to be anchored by only one bolt?

We need pictures because what you are saying does not make since to me. You need 4 bolts for your motor depending on what motor. Also need model number of motor and lawn mower so we know what we are working on.
