Carb problem

I have a 143.406022 Tecumseh engine with carb #632525 . The #s on the carb 143J6P. I have cleaned this carb 4 different times and put a kit in it,however the choke has to be about 3/16 inch open for it to run plus it does a lot of popin and I have added SEA FOAM in the gas.

Have you checked the value clearances.

Well good, you have now just to find someone to help you to rebuild the carb correctly, I guess.
