Carb Linkage

I have a Briggs Engine# 126782-0129-01 Carb# 494217 Control bracket#692021 and choke shaft# 494218. The problem I'm having is choke shaft on the carb has a spring that connect somewhere on the control bracket and I don't know where. I have searched the net and have not found a diagram. Included is a picture of the carb. Thanks in advance.

Not familiar, but it would seem the spring is an aid in returning the choke to off position when you push in a cable control?? If so why not just experiment and find a nearby notch to hang the spring on? Just a suggestion and perhaps a incentive for someone to respond who really knows.:smile:
