Just bought a new Z655. First two times I've used it, the mower deck randomly and unpredictably becomes jammed where it cannot be raised.
I continue mowing for a while and then it frees up, and then gets stuck again...Before I rent a trailer and haul it back to dealer, I am hoping someone has an idea of why it becomes stuck and a remedy.
I had the same problem with my z930. Took it back to the dealer and they found a bolt that was binding on the side of the lift mechanism,simple fix ,no cost
