I have theses two wires that come from under my flywheel and I trying to find the wire that will charge my battery directly ones black and the other one is black and red.... Which one is it... Who can help me

Sounds like the dual charging circuit.
Black wire should have a diode (looks like a small bump) in wire.
This the dc circuit so add that to battery live.
Red will be ac which usually charges lights.
