I keep seeing ads in my local paper for Briggs and Stratton lawn mowers. Are they pretty good? Right now I have a Craftsman but if Briggs and Stratton are better then I wouldn't mind trading up.
B&S make ENGINES.... some of those engines are placed on various lawn mowers. Some are GOOD some not so good. KennyV
PS (Craftsman dose NOT make engines.) But yet you can find B&S engines on craftsman mowers.
Briggs & Stratton DOES now make lawn equipment. They bought out Murray at the bankruptcy auction and are making equipment under their name and Brute.
