My first tractor. Bought this Simplicity 1692279 at a garage sale for only $500.00 - it 'looks' like it is in beautiful condition.
Brake will not come back up on its own I have to stick my foot under it and pull towards me with my toes so that I can engage shifter.
Is there a spring that is to pull this pedal back on its own when my foot comes off?

Purrs like a kitten, rides beautifully and has an awesome turning radius. What I found was it hardly used any gas for 1 acre (2 hours of mowing).

I also got the snow thrower attachment with this.
How do you drop the deck and attach the snow thrower?
Is there anything on line that shows this operation?
